Her role includes Jane Kerkovich-Williams in ABC's comedy series Happy Endings, Denise Mahoney in Scrubs which is in its final two seasons, Tiger on Hulu's comedy series Future Man, and Hannah Wyland in Quantico. She appeared in the Fox comedy Pivoting in 2022. She was recently an acting support in the Netflix show Murderville episode titled Who killed Santa. Coupe also took classes at ImprovOlympic and The Groundlings in improvisational comedy. She traveled across France as a soldier in the all-female King Lear production in 2003. Her solo sketch show, The Patriots, premiered in the New York's Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre on November 5th, 2005. It was awarded the Breakout Performer Award from HBO's U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Colorado in March 2006. From December 2007 to June 2013, Coupe was engaged to Randall Whittinghill, an actor teacher and puppeteer. She announced her engagement on Instagram on the 27th of November 2014. They were vacationing in New Zealand when they got married on the 24th of December 2014. In 2018, they filed for divorce. Between April 2011 until May 2013 Coupe was an actor in ABC's ensemble comedy show Happy Endings, along with Zachary Knighton (Adam Pally), Damon Wayans Jr., Casey Wilson, and Zachary Knighton. Despite receiving critical acclaim as well as a popular following the show was canceled by ABC following the conclusion of the third season on May 3 2013. Happy Endings was cancelled. She was a regular part on House of Lies's third season. She as well as starred with Jay Harrington in Benched, a comedy series on USA Network that premiered on October 28th the 28th of October, 2014. She later played the role in the role of Hannah Wyland in Quantico, an ABC thriller.
