Andrea Elson

Andrea Hope Elson (born in 1961) is a former American actress. Elson's professional career started out as a child actor, and model. She is most well-known for playing Alice Tyler in CBS science fiction. Andrea was picked to portray Lynn Tanner in the popular ALF series ALF beginning in 1986. Andrea was a part of a variety of popular TV shows as well as Movies of the Weekly for numerous years after which she resigned from the world of entertainment to focus on her family. Andrea Elson played Lynn Tanner in ALF as the teen girl from Kate and Willie. In a 2000 retrospective in People Elson said developing as an actress of her age in front of a satcom's viewing audience was a challenge. Fusco justified the claim by saying "ALF has 285 years, therefore he's mature enough to be able to consume beer." However as ALF gained more popularity with youngsters, NBC told Fusco that if he was drinking when the children watch because it's not a good character model. Fusco believed that ALF could be a drinker even when he was an adult. The diagnosis of his lymphoma first came in the year 1995. Fusco underwent a successful treatment and was completely cured until the year the year 2019. On June 26, 2019 aged 75, he succumbed to his illness in the Lillian Booth Actors Home located in Englewood New Jersey.
