But the album also enjoyed a great reception across all over the world. Swift's next album, Speak Now, released almost two years after the previous one, built on this momentum. It helped propel Swift into the spotlight. Swift's popularity continued to grow with her following three albums - Red (2012) 1989 (2014) as well as Reputation (2017) -- and saw her move confidently into a pop realm that she had already been a part of. She stayed on top of the charts even after she changed her own style on her sister albums folklore & Evermore in 2020.
